Design, supervise, and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, train RBTs, and monitor progress to ensure each child achieves their goals.
Implement ABA therapy sessions under the guidance of BCBAs. Work directly with children to teach skills, manage behaviors, collect data, and support skill generalization across home and center settings.
Assist with scheduling appointments, communicating with parents, managing records, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the center. Play a key role in ensuring families and therapists have a positive experience.
